Twenty years of experiential design focused on key details and a passion of visual aesthetics, has taken me on a journey with iconic leading edge global consumer technology, athletic apparel and footwear, marketing, fashion and coffee companies. In each case, I immersed myself in the culture of the brand, collected consumer insights, leveraged my expertise in film production design, architecture, interior design, graphic and digital communication, brand identity, experiential marketing, retail design and visual merchandising, all in service of storytelling on a human scale and the creation of new concepts.
I believe in the power of design innovation and technology to help tell better and more customized stories, establish consistent messaging, enhance physical spaces and create exceptional customer journeys to drive engagement.
Along the way, I had the privilege of learning from visionary leaders -to focus on the customer and work closely with business partners- and incredibly talented creative teams built from the ground up, who remain my source of pride and inspiration. Together we created and implemented award winning retail concepts, flagship stores, pop-ups, interactive environments, creative sustainable design solutions, innovative brand experiences, high impact trade show spaces, new products and consumer driven omni-channel initiatives.
My work is at the intersection of business and design, driven by end-to-end customer experience. I have spoken at Global Shop, Retail Facilities Summit, Retail Design Forum, Retail Collective, ELLE Magazine’s Trend School, Retail Spaces 2014-2016-2017, 2017 NBCU Innovation Conference, 2017 MiND Talk, in addition to serving as jury member of the Architizer A+ Awards and Retail Design Institute’s 43rd International Design Competition.
